1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revelix ("the Service") at revelix.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including gift creators and gift recipients.

2. The Service

Revelix is a platform for creating interactive digital gift reveal experiences. Users can create gifts using various reveal methods (scratch cards, voice unlocks, GPS hunts, etc.) and share them via a unique magic link. Recipients open the link in any browser — no app installation required.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
One person may not maintain more than one free account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revelix to:

Create or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Send unsolicited spam or commercial messages.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Conduct phishing, fraud, or any deceptive activity.
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our platform software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits.
Paid plans (Plus, Business) are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Revelix (messages, images, audio, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Revelix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We will never sell, publish, or use your content for advertising without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Revelix name, logo, platform design, and all software are the property of Revelix and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.

8. Gift Links & Recipients

Gift links are designed to be shared with specific recipients. By sharing a link, you take responsibility for who you share it with. Revelix is not responsible for gifts that are forwarded to unintended recipients. Gift links may expire based on your plan tier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Revelix in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your gift data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Revelix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
